All white note major scales. And their key signature.

Here we are not discussing about 'what is scale in music' because it is quite complicated to explain without staff notation and other theoretical knowledge. But we are mentioning here each and every white note major scale.

  1. C major : C D E F G A B C

  2. G major : G A B C D E F# G (F#)

  3. D major : D E F# G A B C# D. (F#, C#)

  4. A major : A B C# D E F# G# A (F#,C#,G#)

  5. E major : E F# G# A B C# D# E (F#,C#,G#,D#)

  6. B major : B C# D# E F# G# A# B (F#,C#,G#,D#,A#)

  7. F major : F G A Bb C D E F. (Bb)

  • '#' This sign is called Sharp. What is Sharp? if you know tone and semitone then it will be easier for you to understand what is Sharp. Its mean, one semitone higher than the main note.

  • 'b' this sign is called Flat. Its mean, one semitone lower then the main note.

In the bracket you can see the key signature of each scale. Key signature always define a specific scale. Like (F#,C#) this key signature always define the D Major scale or its relative minor (we are not discussing here the relative minor scale)
